Welcome to Impact Nexus Media (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website, services, and AI automation tools, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

1. Services Provided

Impact Nexus Media provides AI automation solutions, including but not limited to chatbots, lead reactivation campaigns, SMS/email engagement, social media automation, and website integration for businesses.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information required for service delivery.

Comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding marketing, communications, and data usage.

Not use our services for any illegal, harmful, or deceptive purposes.

3. Payment Terms

Service fees will be outlined in a signed agreement or contract.

Upfront fees for setup, AI resources, and automation will be billed prior to service delivery.

Ongoing monthly fees for maintenance and updates will be billed in advance.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

30-Day Trial Period for New Clients:

If canceled within the first 30 days, clients are eligible for a 50% refund of the upfront fee paid for AI resources.

No refunds will be provided after the trial period ends.

After the 30-Day Trial:

If a client agrees to an upfront fee (e.g., $1,500 for AI setup) followed by monthly maintenance fees (e.g., $750/month), there will be no refunds for previous or current months.

Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing month.

Upon cancellation, all AI agents, automation setups, and related data provided by the client will be removed from our systems.

Custom Agreements: Refund and cancellation terms for custom projects may be negotiated separately and documented in the contract.

5. Intellectual Property

All AI automations, chatbots, and related materials created by Impact Nexus Media remain our property until payment is completed in full. Upon full payment, ownership rights will be transferred to the client.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.

7. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate services if the client breaches these Terms or engages in unethical, illegal, or abusive behavior.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of El Salvador, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date.
